At Concerto Audio Shop we do everything we can to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If a product does not quite meet your expectations, we offer a return and exchange policy.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it or exchange it for another product within 14 days of receipt. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaged. We will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
We also offer a warranty on all our products. In the unlikely event that there is something wrong with the product, you can contact us and we will solve the problem as quickly as possible.
