Concerto audio Shop supplies many products directly from stock. Products that are in stock are normally delivered within 3 days. Products that are not in stock usually have a delivery time of 2-14 days. When placing an order, you will be informed about the delivery time of your order. If this changes, you will be kept informed until your order is delivered.
Although Concerto audio Shop makes every effort to display stock and delivery time information as accurately as possible, these are constantly subject to change. Therefore, delivery times and stock information are always indicative. No rights can be derived.
An exact delivery time can never be stated for products that are not in stock. For products that are not in stock, an expected delivery time is always indicated. The actual delivery time may therefore deviate from this, whereby a maximum delivery period of 30 days must be observed.
An order placed at Concerto Audio Shop can be delivered in two ways.
Pick up at Concerto's lightship. As soon as your order is ready for collection, you will be notified and you can collect the order in consultation. If you have not yet received a collection message, your order is not yet ready and cannot be collected yet.
Home delivery You can also have your order delivered to your home. This is the fastest option if you want to receive your order at home. Concerto Audio Shop works together with PostNL Parcel Service to ship your order. If you choose home delivery, the shipping of your order will be handled as follows:
Once your order is ready to ship, it will be shipped with 24-hour delivery. The day after shipment of your order, the order will be delivered to the delivery address you specified in the Netherlands. No specific time for delivery can be given.
On the day of shipment you will receive a shipping notification from Concerto Audio Shop, so you know that your order has been shipped.
On the day of shipment, you will receive track & trace information from Concerto Audio Shop, so that you can track your order online.
To receive your order, you must sign for it so that the shipment of your order is assured. The order will only be delivered to the recipient.
If you are not at home, you will receive a delivery notification from PostNL Parcel Service and you can pick up your package at the post office the next day according to the instructions on the delivery notification.
Shipping costs Concerto Audio Shop does not charge shipping costs. Your order will be delivered free of charge in the Netherlands. For Belgium and the rest of the EU, a shipping amount may be charged.
Track your package online Orders with the standard home delivery method are shipped via PostNL Parcel Service. On the day of shipment you will receive a message containing the Track & Trace code of your shipment.
What if you are not at home? Orders with the standard delivery method home delivery are shipped via PostNL Parcel Service. If you are not at home, you will receive a delivery notification from PostNL Parcel Service.
