New R2
The new R2 is a redesign of Ruark's oldest model, retaining the key features that originally made it so popular since its launch in 2007. The most noticeable difference from previous versions is the slimmer design. This makes it possible to place the R2 almost anywhere in the house, such as on a windowsill or bookshelf.

A Complete System
R2 is a complete music system, equipped with DAB/DAB+, FM and Internet tuners with preset stations, and directly supports major streaming services such as Spotify*, Amazon Music and Deezer, and with a high-quality Bluetooth receiver, all other available streaming services are accessible. The Bluetooth feature also integrates seamlessly with the volume function on phones and tablets, so the volume can easily be increased or decreased as desired. R2 also has a USB-C charging and playback port, a switchable auxiliary input and a headphone output. Remote control is possible via the free Oktiv app, or a compact IR handset is available as an optional extra.
Packed with Useful Features
Our new color graphic display clearly shows the time, alarm and program information. With Internet sources, you can choose between text display or station and album artwork by pressing the volume control. The intensity of the display can also be set the way you want and automatically adjusts to ambient light levels. With two extensive alarm clocks and a sleep timer, the R2 is also an excellent companion for the bedside table.
